1. How to choose the size of the product?

 - There is a size chart in the detailed description of the product page. You can select according to the data of the size chart. If you are still not sure which size you are suitable for, you can email us ([email protected]) and we will be happy to assist you.

2. How to check or order status?

- Don’t worry, we’ll keep you up to date. As soon as your order is placed, we’ll send you a confirmation email detailing what you ordered. You can also sign into your account to see the status of your order anytime. or You can send the order number to our customer service, our customer service will check the real-time situation of logistics.

3. I suddenly want to cancel the order, can I?

- We cancel the order within 12 hours after accepting the order. If you need to cancel the order temporarily, please send us an email within 12 hours. 

4. Is there a problem with the product that can be returned?

-Yes. If there is a quality problem with the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods, we will solve it for you.
