SHIPPING

1. Shipping details:

1) We provide three kinds of shipping method:

a. Economic Shipping;
b. Standard Shipping;
c. Expedited Shipping.

2) When customer placed an order in Favoshape, we need 1-2 business days (Mon. - Sat.) to prepare the products, this called processing time. Once the product is ready, our warehouse would send the package to customer, different shipping method will need different time. For economic shipping, it will need 15-18 business days (Mon. - Sat.) for delivery, and for standard shipping, it will need 5-10 business days (Mon. - Sat.) for delivery, and 3-4 business days (Mon. - Sat.) arrival for expedited shipping.

Total shipping time:

a. Economic shipping time (16-20 business days/Mon. - Sat.): Processing Time (1-2 business days/Mon. - Sat.) + Delivery Time (15-18 business days/Mon. - Sat.)
b. Standard shipping time (6-12 business days/Mon. - Sat.): Processing Time (1-2 business days/Mon. - Sat.) + Delivery Time (5-10 business days/Mon. - Sat.)
c. Expedited shipping time (4-6 business days/Mon. - Sat.): Processing Time (1-2 business days/Mon. - Sat.) + Delivery Time (3-4 business days/Mon. - Sat.)

3) Shipping cost:

We charge $8 per item for economic shipping, $10 per item for standard shipping, $20 per item for expedited shipping.

4) Shipping carriers:

We use choose CNE express or UPS for Economic shipping, and use USPS for standard shipping, Fedex or DHL for Expedited shipping.

2. Please note:

1) If you really want to change your order information, please contact us within 12 hours since order has been paid to [email protected]

2)  Please do not fill in the P.O. BOX address if possible. If you fill in the P.O. BOX address, it will take at least 15 days to receive the goods no matter what kind of shipping cost you pay.

3) "Business days" are Monday-Friday excluding holidays. 

4) The shipping time may vary depending on your destination, although we try best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

3. Process:

Place order → receive an order confirmation email →  process order within 24 hours → shipped out items →  receive the goods.

4. TRACK ORDER

Don’t worry, we’ll keep you up to date. You can sign into your account to see the status of your order anytime. or send the order number to our customer service department, Linda will check the real-time situation of logistics for you.
