Return & Exchange

We pour our hearts into creating a shapewear you’ll absolutely love. Your feedback helps us to constantly improve and update our products so they work for every unique body shape and size. we do hope to make it as easy as possible to find the best fit for you.

1. If you are not happy with any of our products, we will gladly accept your returns/exhange within 30 business days after the package delivered.  

2.Your refund of the original purchase price will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your refund from the time we receive your returns.

3. If you would prefer another size, color or style, please email us for details on returning your item or placing a new order. We are happy to help you find the right product for your needs!

Return/ exchange Steps

Please kindly note

You need to ensure all goods returned are new, unused, unstained and undamaged, the original tags must be attached

All returns and exchanges shall be made within 30 business days after the package delivered.

Any delivery shipping charges are non-refundable.

In this case we do not accept return/exchange

a. if it is your operation that causes the damage of the items/color/size,which result in product unserviceable

b. Products showing excessive wear and tear, or at the end of their intended lifespan.

c. Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care or accidents.

d. Instances of abuse of the Favoshape Return Policy.

Cancellation

1. we accept cancellation of your order in 12 hours after your order has been placed and offer full refund rapidly.

2. if cancel order over 12 hours since order has been placed, we will charge 30% of the order amount for labor cost.

3. if your order has been shipped out, then we would not accept cancellation. hope you understand it.

Change the size color or shipping address in the order

we can change it for you freely before shipping, but if shipped out, then we are sorry that we can not change it for you. Since we process and ship orders so quickly, please email us as soon as possible if need changes.
